This is the first day of the project. I have set up goals that I have to accomplish through out the year. For this month, starting in December, I will complete 4 goals. The following goals are:
- Read a book for one Month ( the book that I'm reading is called the "Brain Power" by Michael J. Gleb and Kelly Howell)
- Eat Healther, which includes having breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
- Working out, Which includes going to the gym 3 times a week .
- Start a blog, which I am doing now and will keep doing for the whole year.
